Tymphany today announced the sale of all of its interest in it’s Scan Speak division to Danish local management. Jan Nielsen, formerly Managing Director of Tymphany Denmark, lead a group of investors in the acquisition of Scan Speak. Tymphany retains no formal interest in the Scan Speak business. The two companies are sharing certain intellectual property and continue to cooperate on matters of common interest.
