We take factory-within-a-factory approach to manufacturing, which drives high levels of expertise tailed for each production process. We are experts in transducer manufacturing, wood cabinetry production, high-end finishes, electronics assembly, and assembly of finished goods.
A modular approach to electronics design enables Tymphany to quickly adopt new signal input and processing technologies while maintaining reliability and product safety. We have strong expertise and capabilities in wireless, DSP, intergrated systems, acoustic modeling, embedded, amplification and mechanical technologies.
Tymphany adds 80 years of acoustical design expertise as an extension to your product development team. Our core engineering competencies include transducer, amplifier, RF, mechanical, DSP, embedded, and acoustic system design.
Quality is our most critical measure. We use statistical process control for critical production processes. We perform automated testing at the circut, sub-assembly, and final assembly levels. We also perform a 100% burn-in on all electronics production. Our designs are validated for integrity and our production processes are built for quality.
