You must have a “hands on” approach to transducer development with a “get it done” attitude. You should also have a reputation for getting projects completed on schedule and on budget, while using advanced design techniques, such as FEA, to optimize transducer performance. The ability to mentor and coach young transducer engineers in order to reach their potential in transducer design is also preferred.

A proven history of working with production to develop production techniques unique to professional audio transducers would be beneficial.

The Job:

Qualification and Required Skills:

  • A degree in telecommunications, computer science, software technology or equivalent experience in software engineering
  • Experience with SW development and/or SW error management, SW testing or project management experience
  • Technical background and experience with ability to use the tools and systems to fetch the information you need to do your work and create the needed SW releases together with the SW developer
  • Experience with version control systems is an asset
  • Excellent communication with customers and colleges/Fluent in English.
  • Excellent teamwork in a dynamic project environment.

  • Logically verify development on project milestones

Required Experience and Skills

  • Degree in acoustics, physics, electrical engineering, electromechanical engineering, or other science/technology subject if relevant
  • Fluency in English
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork in a dynamic project environment
  • Keen to develop product design skills working in a large acoustic and electronic product design group
