Loudspeaker Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:
The Loudspeaker Mechanical Engineer is responsible for developing specific product ranges of high quality loudspeakers from concept through to production for some of the worlds leading high end brands.

He or she should posses the following core competencies:
• Design and specification of high quality finishing wood, plastic and metal cabinet.
• Problem solving and product trouble shooting
• Good inter-disciplinary team work approach
• Project related task management of supporting PJM project management
• Interface between company and customers
• Fluent in English / Mandarin

The loudspeaker mechanical engineer will exhibit good working knowledge of precision and high quality wood, plastic and metal cabinet design. They will also have significant working experience with design review and problem solving for new development loudspeaker products into production.

Required Experience and skills:
• Fresh graduate from university or 3 years of mechanical loudspeaker development experience
• Degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering or extensive high level experience
• Excellent SolidWorks 2008/2009 and 2D draft setting part tolerance skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Excellent teamwork in a dynamic project environment
• Good communicate with supplier for solving problem
• Able outstation stays at supplier site during urgent situation for solving problem
